Dynamic groups, even complex, can be easily established with ContactLab, by writing the rules to be applied to the values assumed by the parameters.
An excellent editor is used to compose messages, which may be Text, Html or Multipart type, making it possible to use the profiling parameters and portions of conditional texts both for the subject of the message.
The editor allows you to import documents from Word, using copy and paste, and also format the Html where required.
ContactLab statistics are complete and detailed: all statistical data can be exported and the system is capable of carrying out complex business intelligence processing, according to customer’s needs.
SpamAssassin, one of the most powerful and best known anti spam tools, has been incorporated into ContactLab and is used to check if and why the message could be identified as spam and therefore not delivered to the receiver.
