ContactLab is balanced on various servers to guarantee better performance and greater reliability.

Back-ups are produced every night on two different servers.

Transmissions are sent with cryptogram modality.

Servers operating ContactLab reside in server farms on Internet at just 2 "hops" from MIX, major import-export centre of the networks in Italy.

The use of the band is continually controlled and upgradeable at an extremely rapid rate.

All the network interfaces (between machinery ad switches, between switchs and firewall, between firewall and router), disks and sources of current are redundant.

All servers are protected by dual firewalling:

• peripheral through Cisco PIX
• local through IPFW filters

Firewalls are logged in on another machine.
