Send your SMS with ContactLab!

As from today you can send SMS messages with ContactLab, using one interface and one username and password only.
We reorganized the sections in the platform to be able to satisfactorily integrate the new SMS channel.
Customers who have already activated SMS despatch by contract will see the "Configure > SMS Groups", "Create > Send SMS" and "Notify > SMS despatch management" sections enabled. You only need to use one database to send both e-mail and SMS, adding a “phone” field for each receiver. You can write the text of the message from the Create area, personalizing it with the dynamic fields taken from the database. Despatch will be confirmed by the Notify (Comunica) area, the same as for sending e-mails. You can then visualize the SMS despatch-related statistics in the Control section.
