Event triggered campaigns
Through ContactLabís API you can manage "event triggered" deliveries or event-based messages. An e-mail or an sms is automatically delivered every time a customer does something. A common application are transactional messages, for example password recovery or the notification of a subscription to an event or a service. Every customer will immediately receive a message in the template you have set.
You can create event triggered dispatches directly from the ContactLab interface that will give you the values to use in the web service calls. In order to do so, you need to have the permissions set on your account. Go to the section "Create, E-mail campaign" and choose on which e-mail group you want to plan your dispatch. Then choose the option "Create event triggered campaigns" .
You can change campaign templates on your own in the section "Configure>integration>triggered>", which will be on line soon.
Event triggered messages make customers feel at the center of attention and offer the added value of relationship marketing.
