E-mail Marketing Consumer Report
The “Email Marketing Consumer Report” is a study of Internet user behaviour and habits towards email marketing.
The first edition of this study was presented in Italy in 2008 to gain a complete overview of emailing use and to obtain specific insight on our market.
A second edition, extended to Europe, was launched in 2009 in order to identify key trends and to compare and contrast Internet user behaviour and habits towards email and newsletters in the 5 countries involved (Italy, France, Spain, Germany and the UK).
The new 2010 edition unveils new interesting topics such as the relationship between newsletter, e-commerce and social networks.
